CALL CENTRE JOBS - CUSTOMER SALES ADVISOR, DONCASTER LAKESIDE We are recruiting for inbound Customer Service and Sales Advisors for a modern call centre based at the Lakeside in Doncaster. These are permanent positions which are due to start in February 2010. In this position, you will be taking inbound calls from members of the public who are interested in taking out insurance policies. The insurance could be for a variety of products including home insurance, motor insurance, pet insurance or travel insurance. Your role will be to ask a variety of questions, prompted by the computer system, to ascertain what policies will suit the customer best, generate a quotation online and if required, process the sale of the policy. If customers would like to think about the quote, you will provide a reference number. These are sales positions, but are heavily governed by insurance regulations and so are not 'pushy'; it is more important to provide an excellent service over the phone. The position requires flexibility as the centre is open 7 days a week. The earliest you could start work would be 8am, and the latest you could finish would be 9pm.
